As a result of my qualifications and experience, I believe that I offer an expert Will writing service at highly competitive charging rates. My drafting style is to use plain English as far as possible so that my clients are not confused by unnecessary legal jargon.
In addition to a Will writing service, I also provide advice regarding Powers of Attorney, severing a Joint Tenancy, Trusts and many other Will related matters.
Please telephone or email me in order to arrange a free initial consultation. Your call or email and any subsequent Will drafting will be dealt with by me personally and not by a lesser qualified assistant. If you choose not to proceed with my service after an initial consultation, there will be no charge for my time.
If you decide not to use my service, I would strongly recommend that you consult with a solicitor when arranging your Will. By using an experienced solicitor, you can be confident of receiving full and competent advice. If you do not use a solicitor, you could end up consulting a Will Writer with very little if any real legal training and any mistakes within your Will may only become apparent when it is too late to correct them. For that reason, you should always ask your Will Writer to describe their qualifications and experience and be aware that membership of various associations is no guarantee of competence.
