Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Wayne Allen and I am a non-practising solicitor. I offer a Will writing service and advice regarding Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning.
I graduated in law from Manchester Metropolitan University in 1996 and began my legal career as a trainee solicitor in 1997 with a law firm in Greater Manchester. I completed the Legal Practice Course in 1999 and became a fully qualified solicitor in 2000. After qualifying, I continued to work in general practice in Manchester, dealing with various areas of law including Litigation, Matrimonial, Landlord and Tenant, Housing and Wills and Probate. In 2005, I moved to a law firm in Cheshire, in order to specialize in the field of Wills and Probate. In 2008, after completing a 2 year study course, I was awarded the internationally recognized STEP Diploma in Estate and Trust Administration. I accepted a partnership in my firm in 2010 and continued to practice until October 2018. Whilst in practice, as well as non-contentious matters, I also represented clients in court proceedings in relation to disputed estates.
I retired from practice in October 2018 and I now offer a Will writing service.
